Oriflame Entrepreneurship Program

The goal of the Oirflame Program for Entrepreneurs is to assist Women in launching new Cosmetics businesses.

Do you think and act in an entrepreneurial manner? Do you approach challenges independently?

Every year, we accept a few outstanding high potentials to our Entrepreneurs Program. The goal of this program with its generalist orientation is to develop candidates into executives and have them assume responsible positions within the briefest possible period of time.

The custom-tailored program takes up to 6 months to complete, during which a variety of entrepreneurial projects are carried out in various Oriflame divisions. Participants are supported by the Management Development Team and acquire well-founded insight into the corporate structure and culture at Oriflame.

In addition, regular Manager and Directors meetings are held to enable the participants to expand their network.

In order to take part in the Oriflame Entrepreneurs Program, your previous achievement record both at university and in your career should clearly attest to your entrepreneurial talent. If you completed your university degree with honors and in a very brief period of time, have already acquired career experience and perhaps additional qualifications such as a doctoral degree or an MBA, then apply for the Oriflame Entrepreneurs Program.

Hopefully in doing so, I can inspire them to think about life and their futures.

Don’t Make It All About Being A Woman

As I mentioned earlier, being an awesome entrepreneur is about doing what you do extremely well and love. It’s not just about being a woman. Likewise, you don’t have to make what you do all about being a woman. In my consulting work, I enjoy working with female clients because there are certain kinds work that entrepreneurs need to do and I’ve found that my female clients are often a bit more open to doing that kind of work. However, as much as I enjoy working with female entrepreneurs, it’s the work with entrepreneurs in general that I adore, so I don’t gear work specifically to attract women as consultants

In the end, it’s not all about being a woman; it’s about being an awesome entrepreneur. And if you strive to be an awesome woman and an awesome entrepreneur, you’re pretty much destined to be an awesome woman entrepreneur.
